The western end of King West runs from Bathurst Street to Strachan Avenue and Liberty Village. This is where you’ll find many of the area’s original soft lofts, the DNA and Summit condos, and quieter streets near Stanley Park and Massey Harris Park.
The middle stretch takes in the Fashion District and the busiest part of the King West restaurant scene. Boutique lofts on side streets like Stewart, Brant and Portland sit alongside newer projects such as WaterWorks, The Well and KING Toronto.
East of Spadina, King West meets the Entertainment District, with taller towers, theatres, TIFF Lightbox and an easy walk to the Financial District.
Since 2003, our team has helped buyers, sellers and landlords all over King West. We can tell you how buildings compare on fees, layouts, resale history and rental demand. Contact us, browse King West condos for sale or for rent, or get a free condo value estimate.
