The Sudbury St Towhomes were completed in the later 1990s by Urbancorp and were one of the first townhouse developments in the King West area.  The Sudbury St townhomes are an excellent option for King West Condo buyers looking for an excellent townhome option. The Sudbury St townhouses are made up of two separate condo corporations but generally share in similar finishes and style.  The lower floors are a single level, the main floor suites are a single level and the upper level suites typically have three levels including a rooftop terrace with views overlooking the neighbourhood.   Parking for the Sudbury townhomes varies between private garages or a large surface parking lot (south side of the street).

Town Villas at Massey Common – 25-37 Massey St & 120-132 Strachan Ave

Built in 1999 by Argon Developments, the Town Villas at Massey Commons are an excellent King West Condo townhouse option. Situated just off King Street West between Massey Street and Strachan Avenue, Town Villas at Massey Common is a tree-lined community of redbrick townhomes with 54 units with layouts ranging from two bed plus den to full three bedroom layouts. These are generally considered larger than many of the stacked townhomes in the area.

Buyers will find bright and spacious living and dining room areas, large bedrooms, separate kitchens with gas stovetops, plus outdoor space from Juliet balconies to backyards. Town Villas at Massey Common have low maintenance fees in exchange for few building amenities. Parking facilities generally consist of private attached garages.

Part of the same condo complex as Massey Square – 1000 King St W (TSCC 1457), the 39 Shank Townhomes are an interesting marriage between townhouse and condo. The ground floor units are two storeys with fantastic front garden terraces. The upper units are accessed from a common front entrance where an elevator is taken up to the 2nd floor hallways for suite entrance (hence the condo similarities).
