Parisian style in King West

Minto designed 123 Portland to borrow from classic Parisian apartment buildings: a strong masonry-look base, carefully proportioned windows and set-back upper floors. That gives it a more traditional, timeless look than most glass condos nearby. With only about 116 suites, it feels like a small, high-end building, and it attracts more owner-occupiers than many newer downtown towers.

Suites and amenities

The suites tend to be roomier than average for a new downtown condo. There are well-planned one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom suites, larger three-bedroom family-size homes, and lower and upper penthouse levels with big terraces. Residents have a set of shared lounges and amenity rooms designed by U31.

Location and getting around

Portland Street puts you between King West’s restaurants and the shops and cafés of Queen West, a block or two from each. The 504 King and 501 Queen streetcars are both close by. Loblaws at Queen and Portland is around the corner for groceries, and Clarence Square and Victoria Memorial Square are short walks for green space.
