Signature Series: boutique luxury on Wellington

The 14-storey Signature Series is the most exclusive building at The Well. It faces the quiet, tree-lined west end of Wellington Street. With only 98 suites, most of them large two- and three-bedroom homes, plus penthouses of more than 3,000 sq. ft., it attracts downsizers and owners who want a full-size home in the middle of downtown.

Classic Series: towers on Front Street

The two Classic Series towers on Front Street have the widest range of suites, from compact one-bedrooms to three-bedroom corner units. The upper floors have open views of the lake and the skyline. Residents have a concierge, a gym, an outdoor pool, a rooftop deck and guest suites.

Living at The Well

The Well has its own shops, restaurants and office space. Many everyday errands can be done without leaving the complex. King West’s restaurants are a short walk north, the waterfront is a few blocks south, and the 510 Spadina and 504 King streetcars connect you to the subway and Union Station.
