The phenomenal Labora Restaurant and Bar has just expanded its operations in King West. Bringing authentic Spanish cuisine to the King West neighborhood, if you’ve never been, now’s a great time to check it out.
Labora was originally located in the Campo Food Hall. The newly renovated space however is far larger, encompassing 3,000 square feet. Diners can enjoy an experience that was previously only thought to exist in Spain. The new Labora space has seen its seating capacity increase to ninety patrons, including a semi-private dining area for groups of up to 12. You may also notice a nice change upon walking in. That is, the Labora bar now boasting twenty-five seats giving patrons a front row view of everything happening behind the bar.
Chef Rob Bragagnolo, also the owner of Labora, lived and gained his expertise over the span of twelve years in Spain. Bringing all of those experiences to King West, Labora is perhaps the closest thing we have to an authentic Spanish restaurant just like you’d find in the heart of Spain. There’s plenty of authentic Spanish foods to enjoy across lunch, dinner, and late night snacks. Guests visiting for dinner are also encouraged to indulge in Labora’s acclaimed churros, by far and away their most popular dessert item.
Even if you’ve been to Labora in the past, please feel encouraged to return to see the upgrades that have been made.
