Located near King and Portland, the new healthy food joint provides clean, light, colourful and most importantly, nourishing meals. The menu shifts with the seasons. Using only whole foods, almost everything is made from scratch and made in-house. All their products are sourced within 100 km of their restaurants, most products being organic.
Though their menu is plant forward, they also serve quality dairy, poultry and fish and emphasis nutritional content over calorie count.
The menu includes salad boxes, oats, chia puddings, smoothies, toast & soups and other delicious items.
