In early fall of 2018, Great Gulf broke ground on their newest project at 357 King Street West and since then, work has been coming along nicely on-site. These days, you’ll find Michael Bros. Excavation overseeing on-site digging a three-storey deep put designated for the condo development’s tower foundations and the underground parking included in the design.

Designed by Quadrangle, the 357 King West condo complex is designated for occupancy in early 2022. At King-Blue Jays Way, Toronto’s Entertainment District will have a massive 42-storey condo complex not yet given a title. Nestled between so many different amenities – CN Tower, TIFF Bell Lightbox, the Princess of Wales Theatre, CBC Museum, CF Eaten Centre, and more – 357 King West is going to be a location that’s hard to beat.

As for the building itself, evidently, we’re still a long ways away from a completed design. Digging is scheduled to last at least another couple months and following, a tower crane will be installed on-site to begin forming. The parking design in particular is appropriated to King West’s regional needs. Parking spaces will be minimized – let’s be clear in stating there will be no residential parking spaces. Instead, there will be more than 500 bicycle spaces and an additional 18 spots dedicated for car-sharing as well.

The location boasts a perfect 100/100 Transit Score and the 357 King West condo development will be surrounded by transit stops at 514 Cherry, the 504 King, the 510 Spadina, the 304 King, and the 310 Spadina streetcars, as well as the various buses which run along King. Inside the condo building will be an on-site dining room and bar, an outdoor cabana deck, BBQs, a Pilates studio, yoga room, weight room, cardio room, a communal workspace, and more.

Great Gulf Homes is overseeing the 357 King West development which is great news for buyers. They are one of Canada’s largest developers specializing in residential and commercial space. Unquestionable, they’re well experienced to deliver the 216 one-bedroom units, 73 two-bedroom units, and 36 three-bedroom suites. For current condo pricing, contact us at [email protected].

Upon completion, 357 King West Condos will reach 148 metres into the sky and bring another 324 suites to the neighborhood. Among the neighborhood’s latest condo additions, this is another sign the increasingly dense King West continues to bring together some of Toronto’s most sophisticated, elite thinkers and professionals living and working in the community.
